We belong to the Seishin-Ryu Karate Association and in turn get our insurance through the Traditional Karate of Great Britain (TKGB)

Seishin means 'Spirit'. Seishin was believed to heighten courage in battle and make the warrior 'invincible' .

The style we practice depends on “perfect movement and exact placement”. This style has fantastic power and accuracy, but is very hard to master.

Our club has a number of experienced black belt instructors whose enthusiasm and expertise maintain the quality of Karate through to all our students.
