The Kids Club

Our club is very family orientated, and several families enjoy training and grading together.

We are unique in having 5 parents and their children achieving black belts together.

On Saturday mornings 10.00 to 11.30 we run a class at Leiston Sports Centre specially designed for children.

It's not important to have a Karate suit (gi) before you start.

Track suit bottoms and tee-shirt are perfectly acceptable, but you will find that a gi allows for greater movement and it's essential for grading.

Parents please note; gi can be bought (usually at discount) through the club and for children cost between £15 and £25 (cost vary on quality available at the time).

The emphasis at these sessions is basic karate and a heavy dose of FUN!
